- Separate silks, footlock on one foot
- Hip balance towards locked foot, grabbing high on free pole with opposite hand (of locked foot), crocheting same hand (of locked foot) on the tail of the free pol
- Crocheted hand to hip, roll towards free knee one or more full rotations, pose (many options)
- Roll back, on last roll back, create space with crocheted hand, lift free leg, toes first, into the space
- Keep rolling “out” following “point” of newly inserted leg, rotating top shoulder to allow movement, while pulling the “belt” lower down on hips
- Lay back and bring free leg around pole, hooking knee
- Pull up on pole, rotating body into front stag position (splits pose optional)
- Move hands to back pole, pull up and rotate body so that front pole becomes back pole and back pole becomes front pole
- Take off footlock, pose (many options)
- Bring free leg in front of tail, slide hands down and rotate body into inverted straddle, regrasp grip to have one hand on each pole
- Sit up, swooping what used to be the “free leg” (not the locked foot), catch silk in thigh and reinvert
