- Straddle invert and hook same-side knee
- Wrap free leg two times
- Pull tails over tummy and hold with bottom hand
- Unhook top leg, grab pole with free hand, sit up and key over (wrapped leg is now on top)
- Hold break arm (holding tails below) strong
- Place free hand behind back, placing hand over the silk wrapping the back, thumb pointing towards bottom, hand ready to grab when the silk becomes available
- Straddle and roll out, grabbing silk as it comes off the back, end in seated position
