- Equal Footlocks (first half of video) or Eggbeaters (second half of video)
- Crossback Straddle-Invert (your choice of style)
- Sit up, bring legs together in pike, placing legs parallel with the poles
- Reach behind knees and grab poles
- Push toes towards ground, then straddle, pushing hips forward, arch, and pose (if using footlocks)
- Extra pose (if using eggbeaters), bend knees in arch (try to touch your head with your toes)
- Let go of grip, fall forward and reach for poles
- Pull upright, let go of one pole, regrab, undo footlocks (or eggbeaters)
