- Split silks, straddle-invert, cross silks behind back, and crochet both legs
- Bring one knee out, wrap leg (inside out), recrochet leg, repeat on other leg
- Big sit up, straddle legs, bring hands and shoulders through middle of poles
- Grab tails, keeping body tight, fall forward instantly moving arms out straight to the sides, pose
- Bring tails to front, break with feet, grab up high on both poles, release break, silks fall aside
ALTERNATE
- After sitting up, instead of grabbing tails and diving forwards, egg-beater legs in tails 3 times.
- With hands free and legs straddled, dive forward, keeping arms strong out to the sides (making the body a giant X)
- Once legs are past the poles, bring legs together, arms remain strong out to the sides (making the body a cross)
