- Climb higher than you need for double star
- S-Wrap
- Unhook knee and bring free leg to the pole and hook that knee
- Bring tails up (from hip), around the free knee (wrap outside-in), and back to hip
- Bring tails behind body, wrap over free leg, and over the tummy and behind the back (like when wrapping for regular star)
- Hold break arm strong, arm to ear, straighten top leg, losing wrap over knee (the slack), drop a double star
