- Split silks, straddle-invert, crochet legs, cross silks behind back
- Grab tails, match to poles
- Wiggle crossed-silks from above hip bones to below your bottom, sit up
- Eggbeater legs three times (alternate: create traditional break)
- Ankles together, legs in tight pike, let go of tails and poles
- Kick off silks in strong point
