- Hip Key
- Bring tails over belly and to the back
- Grab tails with both hands, band knees, and “roll out of bed”
- Place one hand on silk over tummy, while unwrapping with the other
- Hold tail with bottom hand to break, grab under knee with top hand, unhook knee and come out of wrap (or, grab pole above knee, pull up, key over, unwrap body, pull on poles, sit up, silks fall off)
