Key Figurehead

  • Hip Key
  • Bring tails up in front of belly and over the top leg, wrap 2-3 times, leaving tails behind legs
  • Roll out of hip key, levering the wrapped leg towards the floor and hooking the free knee on the poles, pose
  • Sit up, reach under the hooked knee, unhook knee, allowing body to become upright in front of the poles
  • With hands on poles above/behind head, split silks and bring head, shoulders, and arms through
  • Arms out to side, pose
  • Grab high on poles, shake off silks
