- Hip Key
- Bring tails up in front of belly and over the top leg, wrap 2-3 times, leaving tails behind legs
- Roll out of hip key, levering the wrapped leg towards the floor and hooking the free knee on the poles, pose
- Sit up, reach under the hooked knee, unhook knee, allowing body to become upright in front of the poles
- With hands on poles above/behind head, split silks and bring head, shoulders, and arms through
- Arms out to side, pose
- Grab high on poles, shake off silks
