- Climb high, split silks, straddle-invert, crochet legs, cross silks behind back and leave tails in armpits
- Sit up with tails over shoulders, guide straddled legs out and through (back to front) the tails, leaving tails over ankles
- Bring shoulders through the poles, dive forward, catch poles, drop tails off of feet, straddle-invert, hooking one knee over poles and the other knee over the first
- Thread arms close to back, through loops that are over shoulders, pop silks off shoulders, drop
- Crochet arms up into the tails (thumbs towards the ceiling), unhook legs, come down into strong point
