- Split silks, single footlock, place ankles together with free silk on outside of free leg
- Place hands on free silk, about eye height, straighten arms, and lean back to horizontal position
- Straighten free leg up towards ceiling, rotate towards ground (away from locked leg), create one full rotation with body
- Continue rotating, one more half rotation, grab free tail on the inside of the free leg, rotate back 1.5 rotations back to starting point
- Bring free foot over other foot, to the other side of that pole, squeeze legs together
- Silk is in armpit of arm (same side as locked foot), bring shoulder and arm through so the pole is now positioned between neck and shoulder blade
- Find balance, let go, hips high, pose
- Grab pole above head, pull up while bending knees on both sides of the locked pole
- Pull to stand, take off footlock, allow silks to shake free
