- Straddle-invert with silks in the middle, hook one knee
- Wrap free leg, place both hands under hooked knee, unhook knee, sit up
- Grab tails with hand of the recently unhooked knee (now the same-side hand as the newly free leg)
- With grasp of tails, place hand at lower back, with thumb facing the ceiling
- Let go of pole, fall back, regrasp pole, pose
- Key over, letting go of tails
- Unwrap silk over body, grab poles, shake off silks
