Crossback to Crossback

  • Split silks, straddle-invert, crochet legs
  • Cross silks behind back (left silk closest to body if you are a “righty” and the right silk closest to body if you are a “lefty”) and into armpits
  • Bring the left silk over the tummy and around the back if you are a “righty” (bring right silk around if you are a “lefty”)
  • Holding tails, uncrochet legs, bring left leg through middle of poles if you are a “righty” (bring right leg through if you are a “lefty”) while prepping the remaining foot
  • Drop top foot, rotate body while loosening grip on left hand if you are a “righty” (right hand if you are a “lefty) as you bring the left arm overhead and to the side
  • Depending on choice, you can finish upright or upsidedown
