  • S-Wrap
  • Bring silks behind back, wrap free leg Option: wrap 1 or 2 times, some find more wraps more comfortable, but only 1 wrap is needed
  • Wrap the belly Option: wrap 1 or 2 times, some find more wraps desirable for keeping arms out straight, with only 1 wrap, your break arm will “shorten” and end up near your body, but only 1 wrap is needed
  • Bottom hand holds tails as break
  • Prep top leg by unhooking knee and placing foot on the pole
  • Release the pole, strong body in large X position, star down
  • Release tails, grab poles, sit up, shake off silks
