- Silks together at one side
- Invert, while bringing same-side leg in front of opposite leg, and hooking opposite foot high on same-side of poles
- Let go of opposite hand, bring hand to back and grab pole under same-side hand
- Let got of same-side hand, rotate and reach above hooked foot, while bending the knee of the hooked foot
- Create shelf under hooked knee, match hands high on pole, pull up, release silks from legs, repeat
