- Silks together, straddle-invert, hook one knee
- Bring tails around belly to back, hold with bottom arm
- Place top hand (same side as hooked knee) on wrap over belly in preparation to grab it as you drop
- Prep top leg, release foot from pole and slowly drop, grabbing belly-silk with top hand guiding silk to armpit, keeping bottom hand (break hand) strong
