- Straddle-Invert and hook same-side knee (try using the knee that is opposite your strong arm/wrist)
- Let go of opposite hand and crochet arm in tails, grab tails
- Unhook knee and place instep onto poles, rotate hips towards the floor, levering free leg towards floor
- Arms out to sides, sink back into position and pose
- Guide free foot between poles and body, keeping break arm strong, then guide free arm between poles and body while bringing break arm over and behind head
- You are now in the starting position, repeat if desired
