- Straddle-invert with silks between legs, hook one knee high on pole, grab tails and wrap free leg (outside to inside)
- Unhook top knee, sit up, and swoop that same leg behind tails guiding tails onto lap
- Keep knee high, cross legs, or key over to keep silks in place, grab tails behind back with same side hand of the thigh that is wrapped (you are now where you end a star drop)
- Place tails between legs, split poles, straddle back and, crochet legs
- Bend knees and sit up
- Grab poles, lean back and bring legs through the middle to hook on poles inside out (feet on outside of poles)
- Grab as high as you can on the poles, and sit up, the bigger you pull up the more slack you’ll have for the splits
- Release hooked knees and place feet into bottom of created loops, lower into splits
- Stand up again, point feet forward through loop, and either slack drop in seated position, or fall directly back to knee drop
- Bring legs back through poles, shake off silks
