- Cradle Crossback (egg beater 3 times)
- Straddle-invert, bring one leg with tails in front of the poles
- Grab high on poles, pull up to have poles behind you, be sure to not lose any egg beaters
- Straddle wide, let go of poles, dive forward with hands high above head and together, come through poles when back “at the top”
- Keeping legs in straddle, bend knees for Half Monty (or you can skip right through this part)
- Straighten legs, go into ankle hang
- Big sit up (or pull on tails), grab poles and pull into ball-like position, bring knees and feet through middle of poles in backward summersault motion, stand up, take off egg beaters
