- Cradle Crossback (egg beater 3 times)
- Straddle-invert, bring one leg with tails in front of the poles
- Grab high on poles, pull up to have poles behind you, be sure to not lose any egg beaters
- Straddle wide, let go of poles, dive forward with hands high above head and together, come through poles when back “at the top”
- Keeping legs in straddle, bend knees to catch silks, pose (grab tails and arch if you like)
- Straighten legs into pike, grab pole behind knees, back yourself up to standing position, re-grasp poles, shake off silks
