- Split silks and egg beater legs 2-3 times
- Bring body through poles, let go of one hand, bring body to horizontal position, twist towards the hand holding the pole, and bend knees
- Place free hand high on pole, pull up, bring original hand between pole and body, grab other pole
- Bring shoulders up and through, grab poles and stand up in cross back
