- Split silks, straddle-invert, crochet legs
- Bend one knee and place tail of same-side silk over same-side shoulder, re-crochet leg, repeat on other side
- Pull to sit up while straddling deep to get silks high on thighs, keeping tails over shoulders
- Bend knees, point toes through the tails to the back, open legs, bring ankles to meet in the front and cross legs tightly with tails between legs
- Bring hands through middle, keeping shoulders behind poles which help you from falling forward
- Grab tails from between legs, now bring shoulders through poles
- Fall forward in tight body position, loosen grip as needed to allow you to continue to flow for the 3/4 flip to horizontal
- Cross ankles and squeeze tight
- One arm at a time, let go of tails and guide arm through space between body and top silk, grab pole, shrug silks off of shoulders, slack drop to seat
- Bring legs backwards and then through tails, pike up through middle of poles, knee climb, shake silks off
