Wheeldown

  • Straddle invert with silks together, s-Wrap and bring tails over tummy
  • Prep top foot on pole, place hands over silk covering belly, straighten bottom leg
  • With body tight (you may toggle between arch and hollow body, but keeping everything very tight), drop top foot and keep hands on tummy as you start to rotate
  • Always have one hand on the tummy-silk, as you pass the knot, you allow the first hand to let go, travel over the knot and re-administer pressure on the tummy-silk
  • When a full rotation is complete (1, 2, 3, or more) hook original knee on pole
  • Remove silk from tummy, sit up, grab the pole below the hooked knee, unhook knee, both hands on pole, shake off silks
