- Split silks, straddle-invert, cross silks behind back, and crochet both legs
- Bring one knee out, wrap leg (inside out), re-crochet leg, repeat on other leg
- Big sit up, straddle legs, bring hands and shoulders through middle of poles, grab high and arch
- Eggbeater both legs three times
- Let go of poles, immediately place arms to side in “cross” position
- To exit, grab poles, shake silks off legs, pull up (and curl if needed) to get silks off back
