- With silks together and in front of you, bring one knee up, place the raised foot in front of the silk so that the silk is placed on the outside of the foot
- Place weight into grip lift the remaining leg off the floor, straighten this leg and guide it to the backside of the tails, keep rising the leg to guide the tails high up the thigh, cross this leg over the original leg
- Pull up on poles while keeping the top leg bent (creating shelf to keep the tails from falling) and stand up on bottom (originally placed) foot
- Move grip up on the poles, repeat (you will be repeating on the same side)
