Flick Flack

  • Climb, split silks, straddle inversion, crochet legs, cross tails behind back
  • Remove one leg and wrap with tail (inside to outside), re-crochet, and repeat with other leg
  • Place tails in arm pits, bend knees, and sit up
  • Take tails off shoulders and into each hand, arms are bent at sides
  • Fall backwards in pike position, when at the bottom of the backwards motion, straddle legs and straighten arms to a “cross” position
  • Raise chest back up so body is in upright position, cross ankles if it helps with stability
  • To exit, squeeze legs tight to keep silks between thighs from slipping, let go of tails, grab high on poles, release tails from legs
