- Bring one foot out to the side, around the silks, continuing to swivel the ankle, to bring the toes and foot to the outside of the silk, flex foot
- Place ball of free foot onto the top of the wrapped foot and press hard, you are now in a foot brake
- Grab medium high and pull up with arms, releasing pressure from your feet, bringing your knees up to your chest, bring your original foot and re-wrap and break as you did at the beginning
- Repeat with same footing
- OR (switch back and forth which foot is wrapped and which foot is pressing down in your foot break)
