- Climb, single footlock with silks together
- Separate Silks, bend free knee into posse position
- Place hands on poles at hip height
- Lean back into arch, straighten arms, look towards the ground, pose
- To exit, bend knee of locked foot, and bring the heel of that same foot towards your bottom as you pull back up, cross free leg over bent knee, sit/pose
- Reposition grip high on poles, stand up, back out of silks and remove footlock
