- Split silks, straddle invert, crochet legs, cross silks behind back, un-crochet one leg and wrap leg inside to outside and re-crochet leg (like our Baby Brazilian wrap, but only one leg)
- Leave the tail of the extra wrapped leg behind, put the other tail in armpit and sit up
- Guide body to sit sideways (like Mouse in the Moon) where the pole (same-side pole that has the tails over shoulder) is in your back and the pole (of the same-side as the extra wrapped leg) is by your top knee, pointing other leg towards the floor
- Push shoulders back while bringing the free leg up and onto the pole above the top knee and pushing
- Straighten body and squeeze tight, ankles crossed, pose (let go once you find your balance)
- To Exit: Flamenco the hand (that has the tail over its shoulder) high on the pole above the head, bring top-free leg off and to the side it came from
- Reach other hand to the other pole, straighten sitting position so that you are between the poles, bend knees and lower down into knee hang
- Remove silk from shoulder, grab poles close to body, straddle legs, lower legs, shake silks off in strong point
