- Climb high, split silks, straddle invert, crochet legs, cross silks behind back, wrap each leg (inside out) and re-crochet leg (we call this the Baby Brazilian wrap)
- Place tails in armpits, sit up with tails, let go of poles and hole each tail in each hand, thumbs up, tails draping up close to body, over hand, and back to the ground
- Fall backwards in pike position, straddle and tilt back to the upright position, match tails to the pols and grab tails and poles together
- Swing feet back up through the middle in a tuck, when upside down, let go of the poles while continuing to hold tight to the tails
- Quickly bring arms above head, arms straight, look up, straddle legs (pose)
- To exit: bend knees and allow leg wraps to slide to knees, sit up and grab poles, straddle legs and leg wraps will go back to thigh area
- Lean forward in pike fold, separate tails, make sure they are separated to the corresponding side, not twisted at all, guide hands through the split up to the poles
- Grab poles with thumbs pointing up to ceiling, bring legs through the middle, shake off silks
