- Begin as you would a French Climb: bring one foot out and around the silks, hook foot, use other foot to put pressure on top of silk of other foot (this is a foot break)
- While keeping the silk draped over original foot, bring other foot, out and around silk, placing silk in arch of foot, with heel facing in and toes pointing out
- With silk in arch of top foot, put weight onto ball of foot, bring original foot backwards to create a shelf (bring foot to calf of foot you are now standing on)
- Repeat on the other side, continue
