Knot – Aerial Arts Anthology

With silks together, take one hand around the outside, all the way around one full time, silks will be wrapped around the wrist
With the other hand, pull the tails up and into the hand that is wrapped, making a big loop (it is more difficult to bring silks through if the loop is too small
Pull the wrapped hand that is now holding tails through the loop, using free hand to help, creating another loop below
Push down on this new loop, which will tighten the first loop you created
Take both hands and place on top of know and push down to tighten, your knot is ready for use
To take apart, split tails and pull in opposite directions
