Down Climb

  • Place feet onto silks in a foot break
  • Experiment with more and less pressure with your top foot, this is what controls the speed of your descent
  • Place hand over hand as you descend to keep control
  • NOTE: do NOT grab and slide as you will get a silk burn and it’s not safe
