- With silks together, place one hand high on poles and one hand around waist height on poles
- Bring the same-side leg as the high hand, out to the side, guide foot around the silks, continuing to swivel the ankle, to bring the toes and foot to the outside of the silk, flex foot
- Slide the lower hand down the silk to where it meets the ankle, grab the silk and pull up towards your body until your hand is about knee or waist height (you will find your own sweet spot depending on the length of your legs)
- Guide the silks over the foot and around the foot (top inside to outside, then bottom outside to inside)
- Stand up in posse and pose
- To Exit, sit bottom down, straighten arms
- Take the free foot and place the outside-side of the foot onto the silk close at the wrapped foot, push the silk off the toes
