Hip Balance

  • With silks together, single footlock, stand up in posse position
  • Wedge the silks between the body and the thigh area, pike body, and lean towards locked foot
  • Find balance and let go, pose (this is easier if you pike, with no pike, you will fall)
  • To exit, grab poles above body and straighten back to standing position, take off footlock
