- Separate silks, grab poles in strong point, straddle legs, lift legs up until they touch the poles
- OR
- Silks together to one side, grab pole in strong point, straddle legs, lift legs up until body touches pole
- Either of these inversions can be done from a strong point with bent arms, or with straight arms (more difficult)
- To exit, lower legs with controlled speed back to starting position
