Knee Climb

  • Split silks, grab poles, pike up
  • Place backs of knees on one pole, placing silk securely in the knee pit, squeeze strong
  • Re-grab both hands higher on the poles (above the knees on the one pole and match height on the other pole)
  • Release knees, body back to strong point, repeat on the other pole (you can knee climb on one side, but try alternating sides when learning)
  • TIP: Before your knee squeezes the pole, pull up with the tails and get the silk deep into the knee pit, then squeeze
