  • Climb high, split silks, straddle invert, crochet legs, cross silks behind back, re-wrap each leg (inside to outside), re-crochet legs, and drop tails
  • Hang long and bring your head through middle of tails (tails will drape over shoulders)
  • Bring arms out and “up” towards the head, dive hands through middle of the tails (back to front), tails are now wrapped around your shoulder
  • Big sit up, point legs through the middle (front to back)
  • Bring upper body through the poles, re-grab poles high, pose
  • Release poles, catching poles again as you near them (full rotation of body)
  • Pull up on poles, tuck body through middle, releasing poles once body has completed full “back flip”, Pose (swim, run, play in this position)
  • To exit: Fold forward in pike allowing shoulder wraps to slide to bent elbows
  • Grab the two shoulder loops in one hand, bending knees so that silks slide towards knees, hang by knees
  • Split silks (careful not to twist them), sit up and bring free hand up to grab same-side pole
  • Release shoulder loops and grab the other pole, matching height
  • Pull up and shake off silks
