- Egg beater legs 3 times
- Bring top half of body through the middle, helping silks to move just below the hip bones
- Fold body in half (touch toes!), grab tails on outside of foot (careful not to remove any egg beater wraps)
- Slide hands down the tails to give enough space for your legs to straddle (may depend on how flexible you are)
- Bring arms with silks above head to create tension, straddle legs as you push your belly and hips forward
- Bring legs around the outside of the poles and begin bending the knees
- Bend knees hard, pull on tails to get into pose (if you can touch your head with your feet, play around here, some call this position Creature)
