Split Knee Climb

  • Split silks, grab poles, pike up
  • Straddle legs, place backs of knees on each pole, placing silk securely in the knee pits, squeeze strong
  • Re-grab both hands higher on the poles (one at a time) above the knees
  • Release knees, body back to strong point, repeat
  • TIP: Before your knee squeezes the pole, pull up with the tails and get the silk deep into the knee pit, then squeeze
