Twisted Knee Climb

  • Split silks, grab poles, pike up
  • Place backs of knees on one pole, placing silk securely in the knee pit, squeeze strong
  • Re-grab both hands higher and together on the free pole
  • Hole the free pole strong, release the bottom knee, pull up, swivel hips towards pole, re-grab pole with free knee above (and in opposite direction) the knee still squeezing
  • Repeat on other side
  • TIP: Before your knee squeezes the pole, pull up with the tails and get the silk deep into the knee pit, then squeeze
