- Split silks, grab poles, pike up
- Place backs of knees on one pole, placing silk securely in the knee pit, squeeze strong
- Re-grab both hands higher and together on the free pole
- Hole the free pole strong, release the bottom knee, pull up, swivel hips towards pole, re-grab pole with free knee above (and in opposite direction) the knee still squeezing
- Repeat on other side
- TIP: Before your knee squeezes the pole, pull up with the tails and get the silk deep into the knee pit, then squeeze
