Hip Key on silks, separate poles, bring top knee through middle of poles
Pull up on pole matching top leg that went through middle of poles, while moving other pole underneath bottom, squeeze legs, pose
*NEXT LEVEL: separate poles, then hip key and put top knee through in one motion (seen in second part of video)
To exit: Flamenco hand of bottom leg onto pole, lean body out of middle of poles (back out the way you came in, on the side of the tails), bring other hand to match on the “back” pole
Lean more, bring top leg out through middle of poles, while pulling on pole, return to hip key
Both hands on poles which are now together, straighten upper body, shake off silks
