- Silks together, Big Russian climb one time, cross scooping-top leg over the bottom leg (remember which leg is the bottom leg, you will use this same side to exit)
- Lean sideways in direction of bottom leg, pick up tails and bring them over your belly, between body and poles, tails will drape over lap
- Separate poles, uncross top leg and straighten leg towards ground while also straightening bottom leg
- Tails will drape on side of leg pointing towards the floor, bring free leg back and around outside of tails, so tails fall between legs, and bring free leg up to match foot still in silks
- Guide free foot to find one of the loops around the foot already in the loops, straddle legs while using feet to push poles apart, split and pose
- Reach high on poles, pull up a little, release feet forwards, and guide body to be sitting
- Place both hands on the pole on the original side of the bottom leg (see first step), lean back, bring both legs out, hook top knee on opposite pole
- Bring tails over the free leg, grab poles under hooked knee, straddle down, allow silks to slide off
