- Straddle invert with silks separated, crochet legs, cross silks behind back
- Uncrochet each leg and wrap each leg, inside to outside, recrochet each leg, place tails in arm pits
- Big sit up, grab each tail from arm pit and place over each leg, so tails fall in middle, between legs
- Egg-beater both legs 3 times
- Place both hands on one pole, bring upper body though middle of the poles, continue rotating body into key over position
- Find balance, release both poles, arms out in “star” position (straight, to the sides, or upward)
- Slowly rotate body towards poles and beyond, once body is facing forward, dive with arms straight and wide
- To exitL Grab poles at shoulder height, shake silks off legs, invert (to get crossed silks off back), and exit silk
- OR: Footbreak (careful that silks have a bit of slack), bring body around, re-grab poles, release footbreak so crossed silks fall and untangle
