- Straddle back, crochet both legs, bend legs, big sit up
- Hold poles around shoulder height, lean back, bring legs up and through the poles to initiate first back flip
- Before your shoulders pass through the poles, let go and shoot arms out forwards
- As you pass through the poles, begin flip by lifting arms straight up (creating larger lever with the upper body) and draw a giant circle with your hands, starting at the top of the “circle”, then going backwards
- Feel the bottom of the circle with your body and at the moment you are at the bottom, arch your back, reach up and overhead to find the poles, catch, and pose
- To exit: Pick a direction and turn towards pole, bending the top knee to hook poles, release hands, bring body down, release knee
