- Climb silks and get into basic foot break, split poles apart, keeping one hand on one pole, bringing body and other hand through the poles
- Rotate towards the hand that is still high on one pole, pulling that pole across your body while reaching free hand behind the pulled pole to grab the free pole and pull it across body. You will end up with crossed silks in front of you
- Release your foot break, allow tails to fall on each side, raise legs and bring them into a split knee climb position
- Regrab hands, one at a time, onto the pole above each knee, shoot feet down towards the floor
- Reach high on poles and do a big pull-up, keeping legs straight, allowing the loops (handcuffs) to slide down towards the foot
- Bring each foot up, place arch onto loop
- Lower your body down (from strong hold), keeping legs straight, and pushing outward into splits with your feet (If you do this before settling into the loops, they will slide more easily. If you stand and THEN push into the splits, the silks might be too tight.)
- To exit: grab poles high, big pull-up, shake silks off feet
