- Split silks, bring one knee high and drag same-side tail over flexed foot, bring one tail over same-side foot beginning from the outside, and dragging towards the midline, guide silk under flexed foot
- Now point toe down towards floor, bend knee to the outside of the silk, and place weight onto pointed toes
- Repeat on other side, as you push weight into newly wrapped foot, shake off silks from first foot
- Repeat
