- Egg Beater both legs 2-3 times
- Grab poles about head height, tuck up and pull into upside down ball, split and pose
- Reverse to exit
OR
- Bend top leg onto same-side pole
- Create Dancer’s Lock on un-hooked leg
- With both hands on the pole over the Dancer’s Lock, rotate to face the hooked knee in stag/lunge position, pose
- To exit, place both hands on the pole of the Dancer’s Lock leg, lean back, bring legs together in front, pike (if you don’t pike, it can be difficult to remove the leg from the knee-hooked position unless you are super flexy), kick knee-hooked leg up and out of the knee-hook, and shake off egg beaters
- Remove Dancer’s Lock from other leg
