- Split silks, invert, crochet one leg, bring free leg through the poles, towards the face
- Place free silk over lap in hip crease of the free leg, sit up immediately to keep that silk in place, lever free leg behind towards floor, grab pole high
- Lean back, bring free leg towards face through middle of poles, and point towards floor in front, at the same time, pull with the other hand that is on the crocheted-leg silk, make sure tails of that pole go behind head and body
- Release hand from the crocheted-leg pole and regrab high on the pole behind the back
- Release the bottom hand from behind the back, regrab, matching hand high on pole
- With hips facing the ceiling, bring free leg up through middle, flex the ankle, and hook ankle on same-side/front pole, release hands and pose
- Place both hands on the front pole, un-crochet the back leg two times, grab slack with same-side hand, lower legs, pose
- Lift legs up and over the silk shelf being created, keep belly facing ceiling, keep hand behind back, back balance pose
- Bring body through the middle and lower into knee belay
OR (as seen in the video)
- Grab pole on side of leg that has a wrap around the thigh, bring legs back through the middle, remain holding one pole, bring body into upright position, shake off silks
