- Split silks, invert, crochet both legs, cross silks behind back
- Bring tails into armpits, following direction of tails, crochet both arms two times
- Uncrochet both legs, one will bend and come through the middle while the other hooks the foot on the pole, bring body through the middle of the poles, pose (like Birdcage)
- Release ankle from pole, control legs and body as they swing down into upright position
- To exit, create footbreak, release uncrochet arms
