Catcher’s Back Dive

  • Climb high and complete a Catcher’s Wrap, bring tails over belly, behind back, and into armpit
  • Unhook knee and bring free leg behind the poles and hook the ankle
  • Bring the now-free leg towards the face, threading the knee through the space between the hooked-ankle leg and the poles, lower both legs (on either side of the poles) down, grab poles, sit up
  • Grab tails off shoulder and hold above high above head, release hand from pole, fall backwards, as body rises up, look for poles and catch
  • To Exit: Drop tails, hold poles, shake off silks
